The Shenandoah Valley Golf Club is a 27-hole, 250-acre, daily fee golf course, located 8 miles north of Front Royal, Virginia. Our courses’ scenic beauty features unparalleled views of Skyline Drive, the Blue Ridge and Massanutten mountain ranges.

Everyone is welcome to play our public course; drive your tee shot down our rolling bentgrass fairways, past carefully tended flower gardens and mature stands of pines, oaks, willows and maples that guard your approach to our meticulously manicured, undulating greens.

Regardless of your handicap, the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club is a fair test of golf and will provide an unforgettable golf experience.

Reservations are recommended from April 1 through October 31. Please call up to one week in advance for starting times.

Corporate Outings

The Shenandoah Valley Golf Club offers one of the Washington DC area's finest golf tournament or outing venues. Companies such as Boeing, TRW, Exxon/Mobil and EDS have requested our services. For individuals, foursomes or corporate or charitable events, the Shenandoah Valley Golf Club is the perfect venue for your next golf outing.

If you wish to take advantage of the total "Valley Golf Experience", let us reserve a room for you at our historic Fairview House. Built c. 1785 and lovingly restored, it is the perfect golf getaway. With three bedrooms, balconies with panoramic views of the Valley and a fabulous basement pub, Fairview House is relaxation redefined.

The Shenandoah Valley Golf Club’s natural setting has played host to numerous championship tournaments throughout the years, including the prestigious Middle Atlantic Section PGA events, the PGA Tour's Kemper Open qualifiers, and numerous Virginia State Golf Association Championships.

After you’ve finished your round, stop by our informal Grill Room for a light meal, snack or refreshment, located in the lower level of our spectacular clubhouse, open daily for from dawn until dusk.

While in the clubhouse, drop into our Golf Pro Shop, where we maintain a fully stocked inventory of equipment, clothing and accessories- all at competitive prices- some sporting our distinctive Shenandoah Valley Golf Club logo.

Our knowledgeable and friendly staff of PGA professionals is also available to provide golf instruction at our practice facility, which includes a driving range and putting green flanked by superb mountain scenery.

The club is located near interstates 66 & 81, just 65 miles from the Washington Beltway. We're close enough for a day trip, but far enough away to feel like you're in another world!
